Make Gnus more liberal when interpreting Face headers again

* lisp/gnus/gnus-fun.el (gnus-convert-face-to-png): Do it.

* lisp/gnus/gnus-util.el (gnus-base64-repad): Allow not checking
anything, but just repadding.
